Background

When South Eastern Regional College approached us about re-designing their site on their SharePoint platform it was apparent that an overhaul of both the structure and design was required to hit all target markets.

Overview

The Design Zoo led with the experiences showing life at SERC through, Video Production and high quality imagery – knowing this would appeal to those viewing the site.

The Design Zoo also developed a segmented email marketing strategy and created a set of HTML email templates that would appeal to the various sectors SERC target.

Results

Not only did we create 5 unique videos focusing on the SERC experience but also created a bespoke course search filter that allowed time deprived users to access relevant information fast.

The Design Zoo managed SERC’s email marketing for a six month period, whilst staff were trained before handing it over to the internal marketing team.

The Design Zoo also developed digital guidelines for the SERC team to maintain the site and email marketing independently.
